“As a teacher, coach and mother, I am passionate about working with children and have a deep understanding of how they learn. My mission is to help others connect more meaningfully with the children they coach, equipping them with practical tools to make the job more fulfilling for everyone involved.”

The principle of Flywheel Coaching is aligned with the “Flywheel Effect”; positive experiences in sport are not the result of a single intervention but rather from the accumulation of little successes that stack up over time. Empowering our coaches to create a better environment for our kids starts the cycle off, which leads to increased enjoyment for our kids. This in turn, produces a more rewarding experience for coaches and players, resulting in better retention of both coaches and players and greater satisfaction for all involved.
To teach practical, relevant communication and behaviour management strategies so coaches can connect with each and every player.
